I do not offer refunds on digital products. I have had hundreds of people use these presets with amazing results, so if you are unhappy with the results, please try the following:
Ensure your white balance is correct. You may need to tweak it after applying the preset.
Adjust exposure so that your subject is accurately exposed.
For lighter regions adust your Highlights and for darker regions adjust your Shadows.
How to install for Desktop using Lightroom CC 2019/2020
• In Lightroom, go to your Preferences (Mac: Lightroom > Preferences, PC: Edit > Preferences)
• Click the Presets tab
• Click Show Lightroom Presets Folder
• In the window that pops up, open the Lightroom folder followed by the Develop Presets folder
• Copy the preset into the Develop Presets folder
• Restart Lightroom
If you sync Lightroom -web-based/mobile, you’ll have access to these presets on your mobile devices.
